At Statewide Driving School, it is our mission to provide the student with quality driver education and training while demonstrating our number-one priority: "Safety First", and meeting all the requirements set forth by the State of Maryland - Motor Vehicle Administration. It is our vision to provide the student with quality driver education training while promoting leadership and guidance in the development of uniform laws and ordinances pertaining to the licensing of a novice driver. The school is committed to building confidence behind the wheel. We want to teach the new driver sound knowledge, fundamental skills of driving, and new behind the wheel technology. Statewide is committed to serving you. We ensure a quality learning environment by not over crowding our classroom and vehicles.

Building Confidence Behind the Wheel
It is required by the State of Maryland - MVA for all first time drivers to complete 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of actual behind the wheel training. It is our goal to complete the new driver with the required classroom time along with the 6 hours of behind the wheel training within a two week time frame. Our program includes taking our students to visit a MVA testing site to review and observe the Road Test. This knowledge will enhance and better prepare you for your Road Test. Here at Statewide, a "mock" road test will be performed and discussed in great detail.
